I have been using frontline on my dog for 4 months. Last week, my wife saw a flea on her arm. My dog was absolutely infested with fleas. My entire house is full of fleas now. I called frontline for help as their packaging states) and what I was told was that they would not refund my money (who keeps a receipt for 4 months?) and their only suggestion for getting rid of the fleas was to try another product. I am absolutely frustrated and...

We purchased these flea drops from our vet office this week, as it came recommended by them saying how well it would work as a preventative for our dog. Within hours of applying it to our very active 60 pound husky- he was beginning to act a bit lethargic. He was still eating and was get up to walk outside, however slow. The back of the box did say that lethargy is sometimes a side effect of the product so I assumed it would be better within a...

We have been using Frontline Plus for years with perfect results - until this summer. We purchased Frontline Plus, like always, at our local pet store, apply it (like always) and expect it to work, starting end of April. May seemed fine. June, not so much. July, major flea infestation. Major. The guarantee is useless because it needs to be purchased from the vet. I don't know if fleas changed, if Merial's quality assurance failed or if we...

I called Merial and they told me you can only purchase the real Frontline from a vet. So I got Frontline from my vet and my cats lost all the hair where I had applied the product. I had used Frontline for years and never had that problem. I called Merial again and after a lot of blah, blah, blah, I decided it wasn't worth the battle. Frontline is not Frontline anymore regardless of where it's purchased. I will never use it again. If you...

Used Frontline in the past on my 2 dogs and it worked great.Started using a less expensive product the last couple of years but it was only effective for about 3 weeks so decided to go back to frontline. My dogs had very few fleas, if any, before applying as I had them professionally groomed a few days before and both are short haired, small house dogs. Since using this product. ..now on the 3rd month..now have flea infestation! NEVER have my...

We should all get a refund, this is a non working item sold to pet owners looking for a cure and spending big bucks.Walmart should not carry their faulty product, I paid near $50 for 6 doses for my cats, their fleas actually doubled in the next 2 weeks- now what do I do? can I use another brand now?me and all these other people on here should get a refund. Rip off- walmart needs to can them and never use them again. I think it is counterfiet as I...

I bought frontline for my 2 cats from petcaresupplies.com and they were very attentive until I wrote them saying the product dried up in less than a day and the flea problem had gotten worse.I got an automated email saying they would get back to me and I never heard back. Waiting a little longer and the fleas were literally covering my poor cats. I wrote them again letting them know I was pissed and wanted my money back as I suspected this is a...

I purchased Frontline Plus from the vet (receptionist reccomended) and applied the one month supply immediately on my cat. The next few days my cat was completly infested with fleas, and now has developed a severe case of tapeworms as a result of the flea infestation. My cat is an indoor pet, and should not have this kind of suffering after being treated for a ridiculous $20 a pop. Im angry that now my pet is suffering after being treated...

Merial - Severe neurological damage to my dogs
Two of my dogs had severe negative reactions to FRONTLINE PLUS last year. Both Spaniels collapsed as their eyes rolled back in their heads and could not stand within minutes of putting the treatment between their shoulder blades. My vet said to get them in the bathtub and wash off the Frontline with Dawn dish soap which breaks down the oil for removal on the skin. Even with getting it off they both took hours before they could get up to walk. ...
